Welding steel structures is one of the most important processes we perform at ADWOR Steel. We weld steel structures of various complexity – from simple to complex architectural structures.
We use modern methods and technologies confirmed by appropriate certificates. This ensures the highest quality and precision. Our production capacity: up to 40 tons per month of black steel and up to 5 tons of stainless steel. We are continuously developing our capabilities.
Shot blasting is a process for cleaning metal surfaces, used to prepare parts for painting and further processing. Our chamber enables spatial shot blasting in an area of 7 m × 4 m × 3 m.
We shot blast or glass bead small elements in cabin devices, adjusting parameters to the material type and required roughness.
At ADWOR Steel, we focus on the highest quality and comprehensive surface preparation. We have our own painting facility – we control the entire process from cleaning to final finishing.
Wet painting
Two professional painting booths from a European manufacturer (8000 × 4000 × 2800 mm). We use solvent-based and water-based paints according to customer requirements and anti-corrosion standards (including C3–C5).
Powder coating
We handle steel, aluminum and stainless steel elements. Working dimensions of the oven: 6000 × 1500 × 2700 mm. Surface preparation is carried out in an automatic 5-stage washer (5400 × 1500 × 2700 mm) – designed for stainless steel and aluminum. We ensure process repeatability and compliance with painting standards. Benefits: color and coating repeatability, durability of anti-corrosion protection, handling of large dimensions, precision and timeliness.
Assembly of steel structures requires specialized knowledge and experience. At ADWOR Steel, we have assembly teams performing work with the highest quality and precision.
